- Collect your allotment letter from the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Extension) of your respective district by November 15, 2024.
- Visit in person with your original ID card to collect the allotment letter.
- The tractor model given in the application cannot be changed while submitting the application
- According to the instructions given in the alimony letter, the amount of your share along with the registration fee can be deposited in any nearby branch of Bank of Punjab.
- Money can be deposited in the bank in the form of cash, pay order or cheque Or pay your share amount including registration fee in lump sum otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.
- Delivery of tractors to the authorized dealer of the company in your area is the responsibility of the company. No additional costs to you in this regard will not be received.
- You have to deposit your share amount including the registration fee in lump sum by 05 December, otherwise your allotment will be cancelled.
- Booking will be confirmed on first come first serve basis First winner farmer’s allotment In case of cancellation the opportunity will be given to the next farmer on the waiting list.

You are only eligible to get the delivery of tractor for which you applied during the application submission. Massey Ferguson and AGTL New Holland tractors are the main companies. According to feedback Al Ghazi tractors got 35% and Millat Tractors achieved 65% market share in green tractors scheme 2024.
