Green Tractor Scheme Lucky Draw Results available on 1st November 2024. GTS 2024-25 registration started in September, and the last date to apply for green tractor scheme was 10th October 2024. Farmers in Punjab will receive a subsidy of PKR 10 lakh from the government to purchase locally manufactured tractors with 50 to 85 horsepower. Millat Tractors and Al-Ghazi tractors are the main players in the scheme and they try to get maximum share in the GTS scheme. Total number of tractors under the scheme are 9,500.

Start of supply of green tractors to farmers in Punjab from today November 01, 2024. Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz held a digital draw for the green tractor program in which Muhammad Yasin of Okara became the first farmer to get a green tractor, Talib Hussain of Chakwal became the second farmer and Ghulam Akbar son of Haji Ghulam Hussain of Dera Ghazi Khan became the third farmer to get a green tractor. Maryam Nawaz inspected the 4 types of green tractors given under the Chief Minister scheme and described tractor driving as a pleasant experience.

Winners lucky draw list is available today on 1st November 2024. The balloting list will be displayed in the DDO Agriculture (Extension) office of successful farmers. The farmers will also receive SMS on their provide contact number for collection of Allocation letter from respective DDO Agriculture extension office.

• Enter your CNIC number and password.

Procedure for Green Tractor Scheme Apply Online

To apply online Punjab government has provided a web portal link with simple procedure. A form is available on the website applicant just need to put required information in the fields. Below is the step-wise procedure for Green Tractor Scheme Apply Online.

1. Open the online link https://gts.punjab.gov.pk/home
2. Applicant must enter valid CNIC number.
3. Enter a Valid phone number.
4. Select the Make / Brand of tractor. (Select your required company brand i.e. Millat, Al-Ghazi, Pak, Orient or Buraq Tractors)
5. Now you will see a list of selected company tractor models. So select tractor model (50 to 85 HP)
6. Select agree to the terms and conditions.
7. Pass the robot captcha.
8. Click on the submit button for your registration in green tractor scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for Green Tractor Scheme

• Candidate/farmer must have land from 1 to 50 acres.
• The candidate should not have previously acquired a tractor through any kind of government loan.
• Applications will be received online.
• The candidate will also have to visit the Punjab Agricultural Extension Department in person.

Conditions for Green Tractor Scheme

1. The subsidy amount is Rs. 1,000,000. The farmer will need to pay the remaining amount after deducting Rs. 10 lakh.
2. The candidate must not have any outstanding loans or debts to the Punjab Government.
3. The choice of tractor must be specified at the time of application.
4. The application must be submitted online on the portal of the Government Agriculture Department and physically at the office of the concerned Deputy Director of Agriculture.
5. The application process is expected to take approximately 15 days.
6. The application will be accepted until 10th October 2024.
7. The balloting process is expected to occur within 30 days after the online application deadline.
8. Once the winner’s name is announced, they must pay the remaining amount of the tractor price within 30 days.
9. The tractor will be delivered within one month after the payment is submitted.
10. Kisan cards will not be considered under this scheme.
11. The applicant cannot sell the tractor purchased through the green tractor scheme before 3 years.
12. Only one tractor can be applied by an individual applicant.
